So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away into Babylon are fourteen generations; and from the carrying away into Babylon unto Christ are fourteen generations.

As we conclude this month we are closing one chapter and opening another - just as each life weaves in another part of your incredible story. But what a thread this new life, Lord! Jesus Christ, Messiah, come to fulfill the law and the prophets. I think of this young newborn in a manger and I can't help but wonder: your story is beyond my comprehension and am in awe of your vision.
