For mine eyes have seen thy salvation. Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people...

Father God, help us to see you throughout our day - thinking on you and emptying ourselves through prayer of our doubts and worries. Help us set down our burdens, so that on the day they become very heavy, we may be practiced and set down that trial, that hurt, that overwhelming sorrow, and say, Lord, Lord, I need you, please help me. Surrendering our fear and doubt and turning it over to hope and life.
