Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

What a challenge at times, Lord, to apply Jesus' teaching about anger - that we not succumb to wrath, and look upon it as murder. And in that moment of frustration and hurt - ours and theirs, seek reconciliation first, before every other thing. For you are quick to forgive should we kneel and repent. Let us be like you, Father, in those moments and let our hearts burn with love rather than destruction.
