Luke 7:32
They are like unto children sitting in the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept.

Father God, I pray today in Jesus' name to be childlike in my faith, but not childish. So often we impose on others - wishing them to dance to our tune, weep to our hurts, or play to our games - but we are not the rule makers and our devices are so often wrapped up in our motivations. Let us put away our devices and follow after your motivations instead - lovingkindness, grace, and mercy so that we might have deep faith, hope, and trust. Trusting that you have got this, and rather than dancing to our own songs, we may dance together to yours.
