Matthew 10:34
Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

Standing firm with Jesus in this world brings peace in the heart and can heal hurts long past, but it is true that the sword of conflict is everywhere when you say Jesus' name. Jesus, give us strength to not silence ourselves and to not worry if we challenge others. You died for this message and so have so many of your followers. It is our work to share you, despite the strife it might bring.
