And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judaea and Samaria, except the apostles.

Saint Stephen was martyred and Saul, the scourge of your earliest followers, would become your champion Paul - Lord, your ways truly are beyond our ways. If we seek for a human form of justice, we might search forever. Your justice is in your time and the weave of your story is beyond our making. I hope you transform my broken heart as you transformed Saul, and rename me as yours.
