1 Corinthians 12:26
And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honoured, all the members rejoice with it.

Lord, your Spirit is the source of our virtues - humility and patience, repentance and steadfastness, charity and grace. Each of us, each moment, leans into you and learns - perhaps patience today to endure trial, or diligence tomorrow to shake off sloth. But none of us is like you, not one is perfect. Help us to rejoice in our transformation while also acknowledging our failings, repenting, and seeking to do better. And for those of us around us, the body of your church, let us do likewise, for when a member stumbles, as Christ does, we should be there to encourage and uplift, that all may rejoice in growth together.
