Ezekiel 30:2
Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Howl ye, Woe worth the day!

Lord, while today is a bonus day, what day isn't? Every day is your gift, so let us never waste it. For that day shall come, the Day of the Lord, when you take back your gift and we will miss these bountiful days. So let us live in this day completely, neither yearning for those past, nor fearing that day to come. Today is our bread and it is the best day of our life.
