2 Chronicles 7:14
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

God, you forgive so that we might also learn to both forgive and also seek forgiveness. But frustration stands guard over sensibility - causing us to turn inward, reject others, reject you, and reject your Son. That frustration can become intoxicating as we lie, blame, and excuse make. Let us shed our frustration and let humility wash over our pride.
