Esther 4:1

Esther 4:1
When Mordecai perceived all that was done, Mordecai rent his clothes, and put on sackcloth with ashes, and went out into the midst of the city, and cried with a loud and a bitter cry;

Father God, we cry out to you when we suffer - our own hurts, our loved ones, our nations and peoples. But who do you have to cry out to? You hurt as we hurt, as your Son hurt, and your people. Father you endure and you make the impossible possible, so let me dry my tears and be steady in the face of challenge, putting everything in your hands.
