Psalm 81:12

Psalm 81:12
So I gave them up unto their own hearts' lust: and they walked in their own counsels.

Many reject God, saying, if God were good, he would not allow evil. But God gives us the choice - we either put our heart with him or we reject him. And if we reject God and our life and world become filled with darkness, was that not our choice? Did we not build the hell we sought? Why should God deliver Heaven to the one who would pick hell?
