Ezekiel 33:11

Ezekiel 33:11
Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

Big questions I don't know the answer to: Why do bad things happen to good people? Why do good things happen to bad people? And how can people who do evil be forgiven? Lord, your capacity to forgive exceeds mine and teaches me much. You love even as we hate and I am filled with grief at letting you down. Help me to be better today, for though I can never earn your love, you are always willing to give it.
