Amos 9:13
Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

Despair, bleakness, hopelessness - the emptiness and darkness can lead to apathy, depression, nihilism. And in that darkness, good can become evil, and evil can become good. God, interceed today for anybody in such a crisis of confidence. Give them hope and fill their day with light. Help them to walk with your son, Jesus, and live again.
