1 Peter 2:23
Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:

When we are dealt hurt, our instinct is to deal hurt back. Help us, God, to abandon that instinct and lean into Jesus; and learn to love.
