Isaiah 14:27
For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?

The prophecies always seem so improbable - the mighty empire of Assyria, rulers of the known universe, destroyed? The people returned and the temple rebuilt? And yet, you make a way. Lord, let us never doubt but have hope eternal, for you are the author of creation and this day is yours.
